I kinda promised to someone that I’ll try to write my Blog in English, when I’m back. I know it’ll be hard to keep my amazing style of telling stories in different language, but I can try.
But I’ll come back to my dear Lithuanian language from time to time, cause I still have some stories from Germany worth telling.
Before going to bed, small piece of information about my “little trip” home. To be precise it took my bus to bouge from Karlsruhe to Vilnius exactly 27.5 hours. I cannot say a lot what happened in that period of time cause I was asleep more or less 22 hours. How cool is that? Very.
Key words of the post would be as follow: crying, sleep, drivers, scorpions, Russians, movies in Russian, I gotta a feeling, sun in LT, Vilnius.
Yep, it seems that all the people in the bus except me were Russian speaking dudes. I am not saying that I didn’t like it… I just couldn’t stand that very well. It’s my weakness, mi scusi, I don’t wanna be rude, but it’s just the way I am.
Surprisingly to me and other people who have seen me as a total pussy lately, compound number of minutes spent on crying in the bus would be only around 10 minutes (almost kept the plan Gustavo made for me). Most of tears came at the beginning and every time I remembered those two cuties standing next to my bus… Ahh, I don’t give a f***… I was distracted from sad stuff with a help of newspapers, sleep, phone calls, being annoyed about loud movie in language I do not adore and stuff.
When I got into the bus Driver told me to stop crying, and as he was the boss there, I agreed. Then he suggested a newspaper to get updated about life in Lithuania. I took it. Read some words about political stuff, some about cold weather and a few pages about crazy criminal stories in my country.
Ah, by the way, drivers were pretty awesome, cause they were listening to Scorpions for 4 hours, I bet that one of them tried to sing “You and I”.
Then I fell asleep. Then I tried to wake up, because I couldn’t feel one of my legs, but I fell asleep again. I didn’t eat that much, cause I was busy sleeping. I woke up and walked around in Berlin, was thinking of staying there, but got back in the bus and continued guess what? Sleeping. Actually, I was sleeping when we crossed the border with Poland, and all the way through Poland. Woke up only in the morning, because the sun was shining so bad (thanks to Celine).
When we crossed the border to my Lithuania, I bought some coffee from a lady speaking Lithuanian (so strange!) and started calling my family. It was nice.
Oh, and then I heard “I gotta feeling” on the radio. Made me smile.
I arrived in Vilnius too early. But the best people met me there. Others I’ll try to meet ASAP.
I’m home, feeling strange. At the same time it feels as nothing has changed here, that I haven’t been gone for more than 4 months, but pfff… the picture of life and people in Germany is still very clear. Miss ya, kinda =]
Anyway, I’m ready to sleep in my bed and wake up early for the first day of internship.
Yeah, right, small piece of information it was… SUN!:
